Cultivation

With over 25 year’s experience, StoneValley’s success is by using enviromentally sustainable practices. Soil and leaf tests are undertaken biannually and predominantly organic fertilizers applied to maintain balance. Also included, seaweed solutions are used to encourage the soil microbial activity.

The trees are given an annual prune to assist in disease prevention and even ripening of fruit.
